Dr. Abdullah bin Issa Al-Ayadhi is an Associate Professor of Islamic Jurisprudence at Jazan University and has academic and professional contributions in the fields of Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic financial transactions.

He has participated in several specialized committees and working groups, including the Sharia Standards Committee at the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), as well as the Civil Transactions Law team within the Judicial Legislation Committee in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Abdullah is also a member of the Sharia Board of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), and has several research contributions and printed publications in Islamic finance.

Mr. Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Dumaiji has an academic background specialized in Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic finance, holding a master's degree in Islamic jurisprudence and an Executive Master's degree in Islamic Finance.

He also holds a fellowship in Sharia control and auditing from the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), and has practical experience in Sharia departments within financial institutions.

Mr. Abdulaziz has served on a number of Sharia committees for fintech companies and has various academic contributions and participations, including his printed book titled "Financing Services: An Applied Jurisprudential Study," in addition to his doctoral project titled "Crowdfunding: An Applied Jurisprudential Study."
